Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email after payment, and a shipping notice with tracking number once dispatched.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer two shipping options. Delivery time varies by logistics and customs clearance:
- Standard Shipping (e.g., China Post, Yanwen): For small/light parts. Delivery: 10-25 business days (most regions).
- Express Shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx): For urgent/large/heavy parts. Delivery: 3-7 business days (major regions).
1.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is auto-calculated at checkout (based on weight, volume, destination). You can check the exact fee before payment.

1.4 Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and other local fees are not included. The recipient is responsible for these.

2. Return Policy
We provide quality BYD parts. You can return/exchange items within 30 days of receipt for quality issues or wrong shipments.

- Caused by quality defects or our shipping errors (wrong model/quantity).
- Provide problem photos/videos within 7 days of receipt.
2.2 Non-Eligible Return Situations
- Damaged by improper installation/use/transportation.
- Used, modified, or disassembled without authorization.
- Custom parts (unless defective).
- Returns after 30 days or without valid proof.
2.3 Return Process

2. We’ll review and approve within 2-3 business days, then send our China return address.
3. Ship back via traceable logistics. You bear return shipping unless it’s our mistake (we recommend shipping insurance).
4. We’ll inspect and process refund/exchange within 7-10 business days if eligible.
2.4 Refund & Exchange Details
- Refund: Issued to original payment method (3-15 business days).
- Exchange: We ship the correct item after inspection. We bear re-shipping cost for our mistakes; you bear it otherwise.
- Restocking Fee: None for eligible returns. 15% fee for special-approved non-eligible returns.
