Pre-Install Prep (Check Your Parts First!)

Fit the rain cover: Slide it into the shell (check the correct orientation!), trim the rubber strips flush, and seal the ends.
Install the lock: Clip the lock onto the cover and tailgate — make sure it closes smoothly.
