To ensure your rights, please be sure to identify Autoevex's only legitimate official channel:

  • Email :  All order confirmations, logistics tracking, and customer service responses are from official email addresses ending with @ autoevex.com.
  • Social media: Please visit our official social media account through the link at the bottom of our website.

2.Common Red Flags of Scam Sites

If you discover the following situations, please remain vigilant:

  • Abnormal low price: If the price is unreasonably low (such as only 30% of the official price), it is usually a trap for false shipping or stealing credit card information.
  • Spelling errors in domain names: such as auto-evex.com or autovex.top, which have extremely similar spellings.
  • Unsafe payment environment: The official website always uses encrypted HTTPS connections and provides protected payment methods (such as PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).

3.What to do if you have been scammed?

If you unfortunately purchased a product on a counterfeit website:

  • Contact your bank immediately: request to freeze the transaction and report it to the credit card center.
