1. Warranty Coverage
Autoevex warrants all official products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Electronic Components (e.g., ambient lighting, steering wheel upgrades): 6-Month Limited Warranty.

Performance Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
2. The Autoevex "Perfect Fit" Guarantee
We use high-precision 3D laser scanning to ensure our products fit your BYD Seal, Atto 3, Dolphin, Han, or Tang perfectly. If a product does not fit your vehicle as described—and you have selected the correct model and year—Autoevex will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
3. What is Covered?
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching issues, material delamination).

Significant fading or discoloration under normal UV exposure.

Electronic malfunctions not caused by improper installation.
4. What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation or DIY attempts.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches from daily use).

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.

Damage caused by extreme chemical cleaners not recommended for EV interiors.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please follow our streamlined process:

6. Limitations of Liability
Autoevex is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product under claim.
