  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options (via DHL/FedEx/UPS) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping:

    • USA & Europe: 7–12 business days.

    • Australia & Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days.

    • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can monitor your BYD upgrades' journey from our warehouse to your doorstep in real-time.

4. Custom Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that:

  • The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in USD.

  • Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Perfect Fit Guarantee & Shipping Damage

We take extra care in packaging our specialized items like BYD Seal interior trims or Atto 3 floor mats.

  • If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at support@autoevex.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • We currently ship to over 50 countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team to see if we can make a special arrangement.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain oversized items.
