1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is not the correct fit for your BYD model (Seal, Atto 3, Dolphin, etc.) due to our error:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos of the damage or fitment issue.

Autoevex will cover the cost of a replacement or provide a full refund, including original shipping charges.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

Customized/Personalized Products: Items specifically tailored to your unique specifications.

Used Products: Items that show signs of installation or wear.

Flash Sales/Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale."
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
